Those with 80mm Stock MAF's Need Help

Hi Guys, I need a big favor from any of you guys that are willing to help.

I need the overall diameters of the inlet and outlet on the stock 80mm L MAF. Please be as precise as possible

Making an adapter and need these specs before I can do anything.

I was about to take the diameters but If it were me just by looking at it I wouldnt take the chance on building it just by the diameters. you really need to have it infront of you to build. the inlet is not centered it is of to one side and past the mounting holes . holes are 100mm x 80mm

Yes right now I am trying to get a rough idea to make it work.

Are those measurements including the actual housing/plastic or are they just the diameter of the opening?
