Those using N2MB WOTBox, what did you set your "no lift shift" ms delay?

I was just wondering what millisecond delay you set you "no lift shift" at?
Thanks

Drops your rev limit to rev match the up shift for a flat foot shift. Less shock on the trans and easier for your synchros to make the shift smooth.

It's more than that. It cuts the ignition signal to all 8 coils which temporarily takes all the load off the drivetrain, allowing you to NLS effortlessly. It's a must for any stick shifted turbo car.

I wasn't aware, that's a nice feature.

I doubt it's more wear on the motor. It would be less wear on flat foot shifting because of reducing shock. Two step is just like a lower rev limiter, just don't bounce it off the limiter for a ridiculous amount of time before you launch. You do need a tuner that can adjust the ECU to work with it properly though.
