I checked it out. It's the same concept as that "put your name on the list" thing.

How this one works, is I pay you $10 and you send me a program that will change the one you posted so that my paypal info is in it.

I pass that program out, and people buy the blank one from me for $10 each.

This seems pretty low tech and poorly executed, I won't be having anything to do with it... that's for sure.
