This happened on Friday (the 13th) at JFK as well, the AA Pilot in the 777 is going to be in deep crap, if you get a number to call you messed up, and it took them a lot longer than usual to get one... not sure if she or the FO of the 777-2 were doing but both were neiter were cross checking, or navigating, even communicating, typically you'll be told to hold prior to crossing runways, should have contacted ground especially there... they missed their turn completely, and right out onto the active runway in front of a Delta 737-9 on takeoff roll, never noticed...
Delta flight definitely code -browned, they returned to the gate and deplaned.

And I have yet to hear someone actually aviating say "air-mission", most make a point to use notice to air "men."

Almost like the Government wants air travel to fail?
