Is this what in store for all of us? Ive seen this before but how bad is it really getting or gonna get?
Emmisions stations are just a money making scheme to me.
Not worried about Inflation, Border invasion and money spent on protecting but wasted on criminals coming over?
Not worried about the violent crime being overlooked etc.
Get the people who work hard to have things to play hard.

Thoughts?

Nothing new. The EPA has been after anyone who sells defeat devices.

If this shop got hit and finned they weren't paying attention to what's been going on for the last few years.

By contrast Lund got hit over a year ago. EPA agents crawled all over that place. In the end nothing happened because they were in compliance because they don't turn off emissions monitors.

Until something drastic changes shops and tuning companies need to toe the line or face the same fate. Plain and simple.

Another thing that isn't helping our hobby is dumb ****s on social media asking for smog hookups.

To make matters worse other dumb ****s out their own hookups publicly. "Go see my boy at xyz smog n go on mlk st". Seriously STFU and stop making shit even harder.

Half the guys or more asking for a hookup are EPA agents.

That's where companies not located in the United States come in.

I know the fed has some reach outside our borders but I don't think they can stop it all.

I would be willing to bet they'd work with US Customs to prevent physical products from entering the country if it really came down to it.

PCMTec based in Australia recently removed the ability to turn off O2 sensors in its tuning software for the US version and they specifically cited the EPA as the reasoning.

This has been an ongoing discussion on M6G, it's a really cool tuning platform, they figured out how to have selectable multi-tunes and a physical E85 sensor running off a factory tricore coyote computer. I'm hoping it starts to become more mainstream among tuners in the US versus SCT or HPTuners.
Wow.

I am guessing there are some international laws that would allow the epa to stop them from selling their products here.
