Actually i have kind of been collecting parts already for a while. I am looking to build a block for a 4 valve i already have a mark 8 teksid block and a 03 cobra crank.
I will be running a supercharger of some sort (kb,whipple) hell maybe just ported eaton for a while. as far as my goal for power i'm not really sure. i don't have a goal or a number i am looking to hit. 600-800??????
First question on pistons what type of CC piston are people running? do you have to have reliefs for a 4 valve? i have found these pistons very cheap brand new.

But my concern is they dont have any valve reliefs. they are just dished. Should i pass on them i can get them for $200
also what type of rod should i look at getting?
