That list is not 100% True....
Full list of 2010 to 2011 changes below. Stole it from another forum, but it seems legit.

*Improved exhaust manifolds - Those are actually identical from 2007-2014 - all use the same
*40% larger inter cooler - Heat exchanger - as mentioned before, only the 13-14 have a bigger intercooler
*Different cam part numbers, some say its the Ford GT cams due to the 2011's making peak whp at redline - incorrect - 07-12 have the same cams, only 13-14 use the Ford GT cams

^^^^^I was wondering about the 2011 cams, I thought they were the same as previous. Ford/SVT did advertise the 2013 as getting the Ford GT Super Car cams, so I knew they were in the 662 cars, but I was not sure if there was a unique part number cam set for the 2011/12.

I can see an improved exhaust flow for 2011-up with the upsize to 2.75" from 2.50", but that is the system, not the manifolds.
