Things to see in Minneapolis?

Going to Minneapolis with some friends in a week and going to be spending a few days there, any suggestions on things to do?

If you are in to baseball, or can just stand to sit through a game like me, a Twins game at Target Field is fun. Especially if you get seats along the third baseline. The science museum downtown is pretty awesome too. The Zoo is also top notch.
Its hard to say though, being from there makes everything seem just normal and not exciting. I'll see if I can think of more to do.

Carcraft starts on the 20th. 7000 or so cars at the fair grounds. Great carshow
