the worst wreck i have ever seen

both guys lived. the driver of the car that was ripped in half is in the hospital with a bruised heart. the other driver had a concussion.

That reminds me a lot of Steve Grebeck's crash in 02. Steve didn't make it though. I'm glad everyone is going to be ok, cause that was insane.

i seen when that happened. I believe 2 races later the car that split was back racing again

They just showed it on Speed Channel yesterday (Saturday). Interviewed the guy still in hospital on phone. Talked about how he said he was just driving the car when an engine hit his windshield and he was " That was an engine, Where did it come from?" Said it was a wild crash.

Pro Stock is my favorite of the Pro classes, but that has to be the worst crash I've seen. I was at Orlando and saw Grebecks crash. It will stick in my mind forever.

Grebeck's crash didn't seem as violent to me. Did it to you? NHRA has made a lot of rule changes since then. It seems to have helped. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but he will always be one of my mustang hero's.
