I could have bought a $100k BMW or Mercedes, it would have more luxury, but I opted for the Plaid because I’m a speed addict. </p><p></p><p>Also, I prefer to buy American. The Tesla has more domestic part content than any Ford, GM or Dodge. Significantly more.
