Which would be the best transmission mount I was thinking a solid one but not sure. I notice today that the shifter moves around more than normal. Especially when I hit dips.

Nothing to be gained going to a solid or even a urethane tranny mount other than gear noise. The tranny mount only holds-up the tail end of the lump (the engine mounts are what takes a beating). Get the soft OEM tranny mount bushing.

The transmission DOESN'T move with the motor?

It bolted to the engine how could it not move?

The production of torque produces a twisting motion. The engine and TRANSMISSION mounts not only "hold up" the mass they also "Hold down" the mass. Torque, the reason for my one air bag on one side. Sorry for the sarcasm in my other post...
