what kills the sale for me is the AC in the steering wheel is not oreinted correctly!Also i did not know you could get a 'black' plate personal plate.learn something there!

Same here. 1963-1969 were the issue of black plates. I have seen the blue/yellow vanity plates but never on a black plate. He must of had those made or possibly painted?
