I find that vendors aren't fully tested until an order goes wrong. You completely exceeded my expectations with my order last week. I ordered two 17 x 10.5 chrome cobra replicas and unfortunately one of the wheels was a Bullet type when they arrived Tuesday evening. The box was marked incorrectly.
I was bummed, because I needed to get new Mickey Thompson ET Street SS's mounted for the track on Saturday and thought that this would keep me from going.
Trey and Jason got a new wheel to me by Thursday, just 48 hours after I called with the problem! I was able to get the tires mounted on Friday and hit the track on Saturday.
Awesome customer service.
