I have a class A CDL. I got a ticket for Defective tail lamp. On my ticket he wrote that I have a class C. He didn't even check the CDL box yes. So my question is can I get the ticket dismiss becuase of this error.

Negative, it is a none moving violation anyway. So it will not effect your driver license. Errors can and are amended in the court room all the time.
