Terminator fox body swap

I just sold my 03 cobra and was thinking about doing the swap .I have a straight 4 cyl fox that would be perfect. But before I start looking for a wrecked cobra I just wanted to get some input on what I would be getting myself into. Can anyone help me out? any input would be greatly appreciated thanks

anyone have the weights with the swap done? Mine would be a 2v swap, not the 4v so that would be a little lighter.
