I was shredding blower belts and thought my stock tensioner had gone bad so I replaced it with a Thump tensioner and pulley.
Same problem with shredding belts.
When I put a straight edge on the tensioner pulley, it is forward of the crank pulley and tilted.
It's almost as if the bridge that holds the tensioner is bad or cracked or...
Has anyone seen this problem?

No on the bridge itself. But the thumper tensioner will need to be shimmed accordingly to have true alignment. Or at least that's what I had to do to mine.

Interesting. The thump racing tensioner is suppose to be a direct bolt on. I didn't have to mess with mine.
