pulled from 98 cobra with about 80k mi on it. I was saving for a 4.6 buildup but decided to part with it. Has all caps. Both were sprayed with light oil before being bagged. rust you see on cyl's wipes off w/ finger... but you would hone this block at minimum anyway.
