Tanny blew??

Okay hey guys and gals. I need some help...
I was driving my 96 cobra and I went to shift into end gear fast ( banging gears) and my gear grinded real bad after my car would only go into 1st and 2nd, the car even moves forward in nuetral. What can it be my syncros or my mgw shifter that just popped out I'm really confused and mad. Thanks for the help!

Yup, might not have had your shift stops set right.. Where u at? I have a trans..

Thanks guys I might drop the transmission this week and I live in north west Arkansas
