Beaucoup Questions.

Is this an official/private event that can spill over into the supermarkets lot ? If a lot of people show it *will* spill over into the lot.

I want to go, but the last time I went hundreds of RIceKidz piled in and the police threw us out.

More than a few people will be pissed off if this is ruined by rice. Will our vehicles be marked or is there an admission fee?

Most of these people are in bed by 11:05pm, can we hang later if that is just the start of our Saturday night ?
