Hey guys , my apologies if I'm putting this in the wrong forum .
I have a 2012 GT500 and currently have 17x10 Welds on the back with M/T 305/45/17's . Like the tires , but they kind of leave a lot of wheel gap . I do NOT plan on lowering the car and am wondering if anyone had any experience with the M/T ET Street R's - 315/50/17's which they list as being 29.4 " with a 12.7 section width (I had the stock Shelby 20's with M/T 305 / 35/20's before this , measuring 28.7 " tall and had plenty of room ) Using those demensions , I measured and it looks as if they will clear , with the only close point being the inside by the shock wich has about an inch of space now - current tire has a 11.9 sectiom width .
Saw one guy on the internet running 30" Hoosiers on a 14' GT , but that tire probably has different demensions .....
Thanks in advance for any input .
