I decided to switch over to LED tailights. After installing them I noticed when I hit the brake my odometer and radio display went out. Also the inside bulb (above back-up light) on both taillights didn't work at all. Now I have put the factory bulbs back in and put in the factory relay. My radio/odometer issue is fixed, but still have both inside bulbs not working. They only work when lights are on. They dont work when braking or turn signal use. What am I missing ? Thanks for any and all help

Yeah, I saw that. Unless I missed something. I put all my stock bulbs back and stock relay and I'm still having issues with the two inner bulbs on each taillight.

Yup, they come that way from the factory. On my factory tails and my 99/01 tails I customized the harness to make them work.
On the factory tails all you need is another wiring harness, cut off a three wire socket, swap that with the two wire socket from your factory harness, match the wires, solder and reinstall... Simple as pie

I had to look..on my 03. All 3 bulbs light
When the lights are on. All three light up. When brakes or turn signals are on. Only the two outsides work Inside bulb stays dark. At least on my car it does
Mine inside bulb stays lit..outer 2 blink
Mine does too. With lights offs they don't work when brakes or turn signal is used. Just weird that is how they all are.
