T45 Input Shaft Seal Replacement

I searched the thread but came up with nothing. I need to replace the Input shaft seal on my t45 but unsure how complicated this is. I have the trans out and the new seal ready to go in but I'm curious what to expect if i unbolt and remove the bell housing from the case. I don't want this this to blow apart on me. The seal let go and soaked the inside of the bell housing and ruined my clutch. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated or if anyone has replaced the input shaft seal. Just need to know if its a simple 5 minute job or gonna be a trans shop deal. Thanks in advance.
