They fit just fine, and my car is lowered by 1.5 in the front

I was curious if I could get away with 19x10 with 285/35-19 tires on the front and rear. I might be asking for too much

The tires will fit (285 f&R) but I'm not so sure about the 19" x 10" FRPP faux SVT PP wheels. Let me put it this way - the real SVT PP rear wheels (20" x 9.5") won't fit up front. Not due to diameter (haven't verified that) but due to caliper clearance. You need a spacer, ~1/8" IIRC, to gain the necessary clearance there.

You may just have to go with the FRPP designed front wheels, as they'll still take a 285 and you know they have adequate caliper clearance as well.

Curious as to why you would want 285s in the front. Seems like overkill no?

If I didn't tell you I'll bet you would have never known you were looking at factory 285's on the front of the following car...

Isn't overkill what the GT500 is all about?

By the way the 19x10 will fit upfront without a spacer. These will actually clear the Shelby Extreme Brakes front and rear without spacers. Has been verified by a TS member that I sent an extra wheel I have for fitment verification, he has these brakes installed. I am using BFG KDW2 285/35/19 on front and 295/35/19 on rear.

I was going for the same until I talked to CCW...the 11's on the back with 325/30/19 pretty cool to me...make the car look more aggressive to me
