I took a pretty good beating when Newman spun, thought I had called it right when he got up to 3rd then running 6th steady oh well

I'm surprised the DNF bug hasn't hit harder than it has? Uncle Meat had an early DNF with Logano, and I think ran into another DNF. I had an Edwards DNF, now your Newman DNF. I know we still have 3 races left (and Texas can be hard on engines), but I thought for sure we'd have more than 4 DNF's among the whole group.

Very true, I over thunk this one thought it would be pretty tough up front. Newman normally works to the top 5 or 10 and to have a chance to get ahead something different seemed in order lol. it is strange some of the top guys haven't smoked a motor or two.
