I have a few questions about how the 4H and 4L works.

- Can you drive it on the street in 4H all of the time? or does it have to be in bad weather or off road conditions? I know it's good until top speed.

- Can you lock the diff in 4H?

- If the diff is locked, does it automatically unlock after you pass the 25mph mark?

- How fast can you go in 4L?

Thanks, Mario.

There is this thing in the glove box of your truck called an owners manual and it will answer all your questions.

No you can NOT drive the truck in 4Hi all time. On dry pavement you will damage the truck.

You can lock the diff in any mode. Do not use on the street

No it unlocks in 2hi and 4hi at high speeds when not in off-road mode

In 4Lo you should stay under 25 MPH.

Ok, Thanks. I would do that, but you see my truck is on order, and I'm trying to gather as much info as I can before I get it.
