I would try a 2" shackle in the back and remove the rubber insulator from the top of the front spring and see how you like it. A level truck will launch better than one with a rake and that will drop the rear 2" and the front maybe 1.5". Removing the insulator really improves the road feel.

I'm running RUSlow 1100 lb/in front coils with the old style Hotchkis leafs in rear with QA1's all around. I've also got the RUSlow Panhard bar in rear. It's definitely stiff, but it will corner with about anything on the roadcourse. I've got the Hotchkis sways in the garage waiting for installation.

I've never towed anything with ithat setup, but I doubt it would have any problems.
