I have been running coilovers by Ground Control on my 08 for 4 years now and really like the system they offer. GC pairs Koni Yellow adjustable dampers and struts with custom wound Eibach springs of your choice to suit your driving style instead of the one size fits all spring used by others.
Ride height is easily adjustable for the perfect stance and the install is straight forward for the do it your selfer, CC plates are provided.
I run a #440 spring up front and a #225 rear spring and set the Koni's on soft for a performance street ride without being harsh.

Hey Jml1521,

What's the plan with the car?

If you're looking for a great streetable kit, i would definitely recommend the eibach R1/R2 coilover kit.

Let me know if you need any more information, I'd be more than happy to assist you!

Will drag race about twice a year. Looking for height adjustability. Was wondering how the h&r coil over kit is?

My friend, another SVT member installed the H&R coilovers and found the rear spring much too stiff and his wife hated the ride (about #260 I believe). The H&R rear spring would not be your best choice for the Drag Strip.
