Suspension issues?

I was just wondering if I got new rims 17x10.5 and ran the 315 35 17 instead of the 245 45 17 if it would throw of suspension of alignment?

The size change calculator on the site said there was no difference in tire height?

Suspension alignment will not change but your front end would need an alignment
