Can you guys refer me to someone in my area Savannah, GA to install Subframe connectors and IRS subframe bushings for my 03 Cobra.

Any body shop should easily be able to install subs. Not sure if they will do bushings but I don't see why not. Just make sure the car is on a drive on lift supporting the car by the wheels not the frame when welding the subs.
