surging/stalling p0192 dtc

Hello everyone, seems i am chasing an electrical gremlin and need your guys help.

my fuel pressure is fluctuating greatly, from 0-60 psi. I have a p0192 code for fuel rail pressure sensor voltage too low.

So far i've replaced pcm, fuel pump, frps and fpdm to try and fix this problem with no luck.

I really need some ideas, car is stalling everytime the fuel pressure drops off and runs terrible.

I'd shoot for the obvious like Fuel Filter, Purge Valve Solenoid, Purge Canister Valve, and maybe the vac lines to and from them. After that, probably fuel pump/injector.
