Well, first let me say its the best DD car I've ever owned period! I have not had it for the winter yet and going back and fourth on whether to get (19) inch snow tires for the stock rims and buy (18)'s with snow tires. One of the reasons I bought was AWD for winter. (18)'s would certainly work better but that requires me to buy new rims. Sure, ppl say just buy some crappy (18) inch rims and put some good snow tires on. Problem with that is winter last (6) months here in New England so having a shitty pair of rims on my car for (6) months just doesn't work for me. Think I'm just gonna go with some (19)'s. Cost about $900. I would highly recommend against the manual. The DSG is better in every way. That dual clutch is the smoothest fastest shifting trans I've ever experienced and it has launch control which works far better is DSG than manual. The DSG is just way faster period. Yes they are expensive even used. I went with the ECU/DSG tune from United Motorsports. I would say that the UM tune is an absolute MUST thing to have. In fact, I would suggest that be the very first thing u do is get it tuned from UM United Motorsport Not only does the car simply drive and shift much faster with better throttle response it makes almost a (100) extra HP!
