I think the microphone picks up the whine more than the what you naturally hear

It will whine....but it needs to be spun 20+, then it really wakes up both sound and performance

Mine does okay with the 3” upper, but loud exhaust can cancel it out a bit.

Sounds like a ported and pulley'd Eaton.

This is my Mach 1 with a ported Eaton years ago. Sounded like a jet engine winding down.

Here's my tvs on 19lbs. It might be a touch louder now that I'm at 21lbs. My arh headers and o/r x pipe might deminish the blower noise.
