Does anyone know if a factory supercharger off a 2008 Shelby GT500 will fit on a 2003 Lightning?

no it will not. due to the styling of the heads and lower intake. 4v heads compared to 2v heads.
there is a dude on nloc that has made an adaptor that will make it work
