Supercharger noise after port job

Hi,
I changed superchargers on my cobra and the new one is making some noise.
I saw this on stiegs site

My blower makes a light noise that goes away when it warms up.**What causes this?
This is normal and will typically go away after 50 to 250 miles of driving.**If the noise grows worse you should call immediately.**This is the same run-in that occurred when the vehicle was new and is caused by bolt torque stress differences.

Can anyone explain what this sounds like? The eaton I just installed sounds like it has some knocking going on. The sound isnt extremely "light" and mainly happens at low rpm's.

i think its case flex. mine did it too when i did the home port. It totally went away after a few hundred miles, i wouldnt stress it.

Something is wrong, don't drive it. Take off the blower and inspect for damage.

Cobracide, you didn't have any noise when the blower came back from posi?

As cbr said, mine made the same noise you are describing and its totally gone now. Probably took a few hundred miles.

The only change was a wickedly loud whine when in boost to scare minivans out of the left lane.
