supercharger help

i've basically done every bolt on mod i could think of to do for my car. so i have saved up my money plus a student loan to do the next step. i need help on what supercharger is best for my car and where the best place to order it is. any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Now THAT is the *perfect* use for a student loan. Wouldn't want to use it for anything pesky like books or tuition or anything...

Sorry to be so hard on you, but if you have to save up and use a student loan, then consider that supercharing a 96-01 Cobra turns it into a ticking timebomb waiting to be rebuilt. It's not if it blows, but when it will blow.

It all depends on how much you are willing to spend of course. Procharger and Vortech both make nice superchargers for our cars. IMO the best bank for you buck is going to be a procharger P1SC 6-lb kit. It includes an intercooler and with a good tune is relatively safe. best prices i have found are at proficientperformance.com and dallasmustang.com
