Kenne Bell 2.2 had a about 1/4 left on the dip stick after about a 2 hour drive and I only got on the boost maybe 3 times other than that i was just driving (i had my boys in the car) so it was very tame. In the pass week I have been adding some here and there but not really watching it. I have found no leaks. I hope that its not going into the intake. Oh and the SC was rebuilt 2 months ago. Any ideas?

Sounds like the seals in the front drive are bad, sucking the oil into the blower and into the engine.

Who did the rebuild?

KB would not warrenty mine, they said I was running too much RPM for street use (3.0/4lb)

There is a tread about the oil and its sounds normal when running high boost. the rebuild was done by Stiegemeier Porting Services in St Charles MO. I may put the smaller pully on it and see how it is on oil
