Can the front sub-frame bolts be replaced with the IRS in the car? I want to order the FT 1600 bolt kit, but I really don't want to remove the IRS for a full bushing replacement yet. Is this a novice or veteran mechanic job?

Yep. Depending on your exhaust you might have to drop the muffler to get clearance. But it's just swapping one for the other.
Easy job. Drop the exhaust (if needed) and swap the bolt.
What they said, and I don't think I had to mess with the exhaust. Pretty sure I had to use a impact to run them in.
