Stupid ticket question...

I am getting this info 2nd hand so I may not have it all.

Someone was backing a trailer in there drive.
LEO turns onto street, seen the person backing the trailer in but didn't know what they were doing and runs up onto someone yard.
Leo then gives the person backing the trailer a ticket.


What would the ticket be for?:shrug:

I will try to get more info about the ticket.
