Stupid question??

I'm looking spare set of heads for my 03 cobra. Are the mach 1 heads exactly like the 03/04 cobras? I know they are both 32v but I didn't know with the mach being n/a and the cobra f/i if that would make a difference is the heads? (like the valve size or intake or exhaust port size).

I got a price from him and it was like 1600 for the pair. But that was the complete head. I was trying to get just the bare head.
