Stupid Question: Underhood Cobra Terminator Emblem?

I browsing through the posts a few weeks ago, and noticed that someone had a picture from under the hood of an 03 cobra. There was a Cobra Terminator sticker on the plastic radiator cover. My 03 looks like it has a spot for this, but the sticker is absent.

Is that sticker stock from the factory? If so what happenend to mine? Regardless I need to get one! I have called my local ford dealer, and they are looking into it for me, but frankly I got the feeling that I was wasting their time. Does everyone know what I am talking about?
