I was removing my stock h pipe when the upper drivers side stud spun out with the nut. I sprayed it with penetrating oil and heated but it's out now, and the threads are jacked. Where do I get a new one, and how do I install it?

I had to replace one, bought it at the dealer. I paid around $3 for it.

For the install, they just screw in.

HA! Same exact freakin thing happened to me. Threads were screwed and everything. I went everywhere looking for that and finally bit the bullet and got the Ford piece for way too much money.

p.s. hope you like the exhaust!

Try running a die over it if you can't spend 10 bucks for a new bolt. To install jam two nuts on the midpipe side of the thread, apply some locktite to the header thread side, screw in and torque to factory specs. This will ensure no leaks. good luck, btw same thing happened on my 03 GT!
