Does anyone know where I can find one and if I got the budget JLT if I would be able to have the benefits of an intake and a strut brace or is it pick or choose?

You would have to check on this first, but if you used an 03/04 cobra strut tower brace on your car you may clear the JLT. The brace is designed with more height due to the blower, but your stock hood won't clear it. You would need a 00 R hood or an 03/04 hood. Not sure what other hoods clear it.
The strut tower brace debate has been going on for a while. There are so many different opinions out there its a tough call. I wouldn't bother if you have stock suspension. Mine came with my Maximum Motorsports kit so I use it with my coilovers. I remember reading some years ago on corner-carvers.com that coilovers can cause the shock towers to distort due to having to support the front end's weight. I never found out if thats true or not.
