Those that have the SS roll pan installed, can you still access the tube in order to lower the tire or is its usage sacrificed?

Those that have the SS roll pan installed, can you still access the spare tire or is its usage sacrificed?

Probly have to use plate flip or hidden hitch assembly that is used on many aftermarket roll pans.
