My guess is that was an 6.99.
The term street car means something different to everyone.
There is a Dodge Challenger that used to show up at the donut shop running 8's. It's not street legal anymore but he still drives it down once in a while.
It's since ran a 6.75 in the Ontario Street Car Association.
