Strang noise

So I've got a thunk noise. Can be heard out the tail pipes from underneath and under the hood. The noise only comes to life after the car is almost warm. Hard revving sounds fine hard acceleration fine. Oil level is ok. Car is not throwing codes. Car has 5k on it. Has ar headers borla mufflers jlt intake ford racing throttle body and killer chiller.

Do you have cats? Maybe a cracked/damaged cat?

Going to need a recording.
Also, as you said it happens once it's warmed up, and I think of a thunk as a deeper noise, I'd think of clearance with exhaust components.
You said headers and Borlas, so I'd put it on a lift and check everything closely.
Once my car is warm the tips stick out another 1/2".
My point is the exhaust is tight and modified exhaust makes it worse.

Yes the car has cats. I will get a video in a couple days. It's cold her and the car is in the garage.
