What is the length of the stock supercharger belt (Motorcraft PN: 7R3V-8620-AA) on the GT500's? I can't seem to find that information anywhere. Is it 84 7/8?

I'm pretty sure that is not the case. The serpentine belt that drives the accessories has the same part number except that it ends is -B instead of -AA, and I know they are significantly different in length.

I found some literature that came with the KB I put on my 2007 GT500 and it says the stock belt is 64", so I guess the 64 7/8 is probably correct or close enough.

Yeah, that's is certainly the case with most of the other brands of belt (i.e. Goodyear, Gates, etc.) but maybe Motorcraft has a different way of labeling their wares?

The stock BLOWER belt length is 84 7/8" according to Morocraft.com part search. JK10-847
The stock accessory belt length is 87 3/8". JK6-873AB

MOTORCRAFT® PARTS FOR FORD, LINCOLN OR MERCURY VEHICLES <---use their search... I can't believe it actually works?!?!??

It's 84.7, and 87.3.

7R3V-8620-AA Breaks down as: 7=2007 R3=mustang Z=Ford, 8620=base part number for "belt", and the suffix AA is used to break down options for the same part for the same vehicle with different/multiple options... (if that makes sense).

The Motorcraft part number JK10-847 breaks down as: JK=belt, 10=ten rib, and 847=84.7 inches in length.

Yup, as I noted in the part #'s above. I just stopped by NAPA to see if GATES had any belts that match up for the blower belt.....NOPE. :fm:
