Searched around for an hour and can't find any current info on what stock heads flow on intake/exhaust. I'm also interested in seeing the stock cam specs. If anyone has info on either or both I would appreciate you posting it, or telling me where to look for it.

Thanks, David

I believe the heads are standard Ford 4v R cast heads and the cams spec out the same as the FGT.

Yes, I knew that much and a few more details about the heads for 13/14 GT500 but was really looking for some flow bench numbers at various valve lifts for intake and exhaust, and some basic cam info like intake/exhaust duration at .050 and max lift for each cam.

This is my first modular DOHC motor, so I'm just trying to get some basic info to see how it compares to some of the 2 valve push rod motors I've got in other cars.

Thanks, David

This is a good question. I've never seen data posted on this. I do remember seeing data for other DOHC mod motors but certainly not the 5.8.

In the process of my builder planning my custom ground cams for my build I was told the FGT Cams have a lift around 425 , Intake duration of 190 and an exhaust duration about 200.
