hey, I have done some searching and can't really find a solid answer. I was thinking of getting an on3 kit and keeping it to 6psi ( stock internals 96 cobra ) and I was wondering if I used a 255 intank with a BAP and some 42's would i be able to make 400rwhp with stock fuel line and rails?

yes. I made 444rwhp with my Vortech 8lbs, 255 walbro in tank and TREX inline, 60# injectors, stock rails and lines.
60's are overkill too. You can make easy 450rwhp with what u said!
