Well, the tranny is startin to piss me off. Whenever I get on it and try to do the 2-3 shift, it grinds really bad...and sometimes it will pop out of 3rd driving normally. I think it's the synchro's. What do yall think? Do you think my Tri-Ax will void the warranty?

They may..do you still have the stock shifter? I have heard problems with the synchro's going out in the 3650...hopefully they will fix it under warrenty and not care about the Tri-Ax since that wouldn't affect the synchro's. Good luck
shifter has nothing to do with it. took mine in a while back for the grinding and they said nothing to me about my shifter.
How long did it take for them to fix it?

I had a similiar problem and was caused by my shifter bolt coming lose. If you pull the shifter boot out there are two bolts holding the shiftrer into the trany, if those come lose then there is alot of play in there and would cause missed shifts. Also might want to check you clutch quadrant, if its messed up the clutch will not fully engage.
