yep 500 HP - thats about 450 rwhp is what's recommended.
NA - the crank (not the rods) can take more, under boost it's different, more torque
cast breaks where forged will flex a little.

Yeah the rods and pistons are being changed. My set up will push about 500rwhp, I was told if I don't spin it to high (the RPMS) I shoud be fine...Hope so.

Damn just spend the extra 300 bucks while the motors out and get a cobra crank. that will same you from tearing the motor apart when you DO break it. find a good used one. GEEZ

I thought of that but the rods and pistons will be in by tomarrow.
